I'm living in Seoul for the summer (from the US) and have tried most of the offline maps to try and get around the city. I ended up using this one the most. It was very helpful and easy to use. It's very handy to have a familiar map to look up the names of the stops here when you're in the station or on a subway (rather than have to figure out where you are on the map at a particular station or subway). Anyway I highly recommend this to anyone using the subways in Seoul.
Functionality is incredible. Intuitive and does what you want every metro app to do: give you clean, easy to follow directions in the most helpful way possible. Will update if info isn't accurate when I'm there and actually using it but I doubt that will be an issue.

Used it to get around in Seoul. No fluff and easy to use. Gives you options for fast(time)or easy(less transfers)routes. Map function is real helpful for finding nearby stations. Really well done app.
